This roughly 500-year-old tree on a hill above Dongbu Village plays the Sodeok-dong village tree in Episodes 7–8, at the heart of a road-construction case. After the show it was designated a Natural Monument in 2022.

- KTX from Seoul Station to Changwon Station (about 3 h), then taxi about 40 min to Dongbu Village (동부마을), Daesan-myeon.
- Tip
- Free, open 24 h. It's a protected tree — don't touch it or step on the roots. A small village lives here: park outside, walk in, and keep your voice down.
